At the Check In appointment we will meet with the Tenant or their appointed representative to agree the content of the inventory and complete a covering report including the following features:

  • Full schedule of condition
  • Summary of cleaning and any specific issues
  • Report and pictures of maintenance issues
  • Schedule of keys provided
  • Meter readings and important utility information
  • Appliance and manual list
  • Detailed digital photographs of all areas
  • Signed declaration from Tenant agreeing to condition

All reports are produced and distributed promptly in digital format so they can be used easily throughout the tenancy to assist with any issues.

The reports have been designed to give Landlords and Agents all the information at the start of the tenancy they may need and we’re always open to suggestions if you need anything above the items we already include.
