Safety and Compliance
We test all smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in the property and report if any are not working, we even carry replacements with us in case we are needed to assist in making the property compliant
Tenancy Transfer
All the relevant details for tenancy transfer including utility information and tenants details are captured at the Check In and Check Out to assist in transferring the property between occupants.
Property Management
Having an extensive background in Property Management means all aspect of the reports have been designed to assist in as many ways as possible. From transferring utilities to deposit release the information is presented in a clear and concise way to speed tasks up.
Tenant Deposit Allocation
We clearly outline all responsibilities of the tenant at Check Out and present the information to the tenant whilst in the property so they are aware of any items highlighted. The information is included clearly in our final report and can easily be used to allocate costs against each item.
Detailed Inventory
Whilst our schedule contains a detailed summary of the inventory, we also produce the most accurate and detailed inventory reports possible with all items broken down and presented in a way which makes it easy to understand for anyone. This also ensures it is easier for clerks to assess the property at Check Out.
Dispute Resolution
All our reports are signed with the tenants when they are present and give 7 days to add any updates to the Check In report. This ensures there is no dispute over the content of the report. We take extensive pictures to support our reports as experience has told us that in the event of a dispute a picture can effectively resolve the problem.
